Opis stanowiska
core3 is a Polish consulting, system integration and solutions company set up by experienced managers focusing on Data Analytics and Web&mobile solutions for top polish enterprises. One of our goals is to extend our solution portfolio and build new relationships with prospects in new business area. We strongly believe that E-commerce is a natural supplement for current sectors, and can be a significant added value that help us to build market advantage.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Create new business and development strategies and monitor required measures.
- Explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in Poland and United States.
- Establish, develop and maintain relationship with prospects and existing customers in order to maintain good revenue growth.
- Manage start-up costs and finances of business unit by efficient financial management.
- Monitor and review project activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budget.
- Create harmonious working environment, train and mentor staff and motivate all team members to perform efficiently.
Wymagania
- Broad experience in sales preferably in IT/Engineering/Consulting/Services (approx. 5 years)
- Wide experience in team management (min 2 years)
- Knowledge of e-commerce and web IT solutions and frameworks
- Highly motivated and result oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent Polish and English both spoken & written
